We only collect the following data when you voluntarily provide it:
- First and last name (contact / booking form)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Pick-up and destination addresses
- Desired date and time
We do not collect any sensitive data (banking, health, etc.) via this site. Payments are processed securely during the ride.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your quote or booking requests (performance of a contract)
- Send you a ride confirmation by SMS (legitimate interest)
- Improve our service (legitimate interest)
We never use your data for advertising purposes and never resell it to third parties.
4. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, then archived for 3 years for customer follow-up purposes, in accordance with French tax regulations. It is then permanently deleted.
5. Data sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be passed to our technical subcontractors (host Vercel, SMS sending service) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service, these parties being subject to the same confidentiality obligations.
6. Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be placed. These cookies collect no personal data.
