1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern all passenger transport services provided by Azur Prestige Taxi Marseille (hereinafter “the Provider”) for any private or business customer (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Services offered
The Provider offers the following services:
- Airport / station transfers (Marseille-Provence, Saint-Charles station and others)
- One-off or contracted business travel
- Sightseeing tours in PACA (Calanques, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, etc.)
- Chauffeur hire (events, weddings, evenings)
- Long-distance transfers (France and Europe)
3. Booking
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or via the online form. They are confirmed by an SMS or summary email stating: the date, time, pick-up location, destination and agreed rate.
A booking is firm once confirmed in writing (SMS or email) by the Provider.
4. Rates
Rates are set in advance and communicated to the Customer before any booking. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Pricing principles:
- Fixed rates: no meter, no surprises at the end of the ride
- No undisclosed night, weekend or public holiday surcharge
- Surcharge for bulky luggage or animals on prior request
- Tolls and parking included unless stated otherwise
5. Payment
Payment can be made:
- In cash, at the end of the ride
- By bank card (debit card, Visa, Mastercard)
- By bank transfer for contracted customers (monthly billing)
A deposit may be requested for long-distance rides or long-duration chauffeur hire.
6. Cancellation and changes
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, accident, medical issue), cancellation terms are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Provider's obligations
- Be present at the agreed time and place
- Drive carefully and in compliance with traffic laws
- Keep the vehicles in perfect condition and cleanliness
- Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer's travels
- Hold the licences, insurance and regulatory authorisations in force
8. Customer's obligations
- Be present at the agreed place and time (15-minute tolerance, beyond which the ride may be treated as a no-show)
- Provide accurate pick-up and destination addresses
- Not smoke inside the vehicles
- Respect the vehicle and the chauffeur
- Report any specific need (child seat, wheelchair, etc.) when booking
9. Liability
The Provider holds professional civil liability insurance. Its liability is limited to bodily and material damage directly caused by a proven fault of the Provider.
The Provider cannot be held liable for delays caused by unpredictable traffic conditions, roadworks, accidents or any other event of force majeure. Should a significant delay be likely, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
10. Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the Customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent court will be that of Marseille.
